Tips on Moving out

im 99% positive with my friends. one i really want with me cause shes really book smart and reliable and my one friend is reliable but she has a baby... thats going to kinda get me annoyed. which means we cant really party when we can. so yeah

i was looking at apartments and houses in florida and they are cheaper than here...i found that weird.

 

Oh yea, and depending on the age of the tot, that could also mean late night crying... What part of Florida? I live there, about ready to move from Clermont to the Orlando/Winter Park area.

 

i think late night crying is inevitable when you have female roommates anyway...

 

please don't come to Florida

Disagree. I used to live with a male model who was a way better lookin man then me, but it was ok because there was a major female surplus, and I cleaned up quite well!! Now hows that for shallow!!

But really to the OP, my advice, dont waste your money on eatin out, saves soooo much to just reguarly eat in. easy advice but wise advice!

Thank you for the advice. I chose females cause we have a good friendship and I just think men or a guy coming into the place would ruin everything. Bringing home chicks at night and complaining about "how girly" the place looks to him.

and surprisingly none of my female friends are dramatic.

but i just gotta get my college classes together. then we'll be set to look in the area. My one friend is backing out cause she likes living at home but she'll come around when shes making extra money

but yeah I was looking in florida just for giggles and They wanted a 1100 mortgage on a 5bed house in kissimmee (the nice part) that was unbelievable to me, its cheaper than what we pay. Im def moving there when I know i can have a job lined up there

 

living with your female friends always ends badly. too many hens in the henhouse. fights and drama will inevitably ensue.

 

the reason real estate is cheap here is because people from up north want to live by the beach, while maintaining their industrious, extravagant, northern lifestyle.. then they get here, realize the economy is way different, sell or enter foreclosure, then head up north again.

in the south it's all about who you know. please just stay away

 

yeah, it's why people mostly retire there instead of start their livings.

Drama is inevitable. Women want to run the house. Even being the passive happy one in the house I had to put up with a pile of bitchy fighting, ressentment and washing the dishes because someone was pissed about someone else not doing them. Fuck that shit.

 

I had a friend at school once, who didn't talk to me for a week because I asked to borrow her calculator which was on the desk, rather than going to my bag across the room to get mine.

yeah I hear that the economy is horrible there. it would suck if i couldnt get a med job down there. if i cant move down there then i might move to arizona. Im just sick of the cold here.

I wouldnt categorize women like that. I know some really down to earth chicks. My mom says just to get an apartment on my own, but itll suck living alone. I might go crazy.
