Almost getting in a car accident is a good way to get energy. You should practice barely missing things while driving.
My advice is to change lots of little things; 10 mins of exercise a day add 1 hr of sleep to what you're getting nightly make one of your daily meals healthier than you would normally small changes like that have a quick systemic effect on your body and you will feel so much better in only a few days. treat your body well and it will treat you well ^ this is what i'm doing myself btw so i can attest to it working, also for depression and anxiety!
I'm low on energy lately too. I hope I force myself to go for a jog before the end of today...... being sick suckssss
