Almost. I was driving thru D.C. one night on a trip. There was nothing open. I finally had to pull off into a snowy, icy gas station and pee between some cars and a fence while straddling a snowdrift. Just as I was getting finished a police car pulled in but luckily he went for the guy who was messing with the gas pumps.
