No i don't believe our vote counts. Where our vote does and always has counted is where we spend our money. Chooseing what company to stay making business. I find it funny so many people think our vote counts when the politics continue the same agenda regardless. Look at the history in the last 40 years, why would the people still vote in war? Really? People who think their vote counts are truly asleep, and most wont admit the system might be rigged because they have been played their entire life, and most of what they have worked for didn't mean anything. SaD REALLY. Acceptance is still one of the hardest things humans can deal with, especially if they don't like what they must accept.

have you ever been to your state captial?

    I answering both/

I think our individual votes may count if the party voted for kept their manifesto promises.
But they don't and always the excuse is "The last administration...",no matter WHO gets in.

    No2/
In the UK we have County Towns. Each county has it's admin centre and all other towns/villages in that county take their lead from the County Admin.

We have the UK capital [London],but each member country of the UK has it's own capital-'tho they're subservient to London in many ways.
I have been to all four, but I just don't like towns.
Ok to visit, but I don't want to live in one.
Give me these open and sparsely populated marshlands any day.

Do you have a particular 'Lost Love' from far gone days, that will always have a special place in your heart?

    We need a question Moe!

Next poster, have you ever been in a situation where you might get hurt, but it would help someone else?

my first love. I'm not pining after him or anything, but I'll always care about him. I haven't seen him in years but I have heard through the grapevine that he's gotten exactly what he wanted out of life and that makes me happy. Its weird how once you love someone, you never really quit loving them.

smoking pot is probably the only thing I consistently do every day haha

I've put my own happiness aside for others plenty of times, but I can't recall a specific situation where helping someone would really hurt me.

Whats something you're most passionate about?

Guitars, whether it be studio work, gigs or idly jamming.
It's just impossible for Puggybear to go a full day without picking up a guitar at some point.
But I just can't get worked up over the usual stuff, such as politics, issues, religion et al.
They'll still be being argued over long after I'm dust-inconclusively.

When you're thinking and doodling on bit of paper-what do you tend to doodle?
    Shapes,pics,cartoons-what?

I usually doodle swirly vine things that turn into plant and flower looking things, I dunno. I like drawing eyes when I doodle, too.

How often do you smoke weed?

The last time was roughly 36 years ago.

What's the most amazing thing that ever happened to you?

Funnily enough I was thinking about this today,Zen.
There's been all kinds of events queueing for 1st place, but I think it was when I was a 16 year-old deckboy in the Merchant Navy.
I was serving on a ship called the Pendennis Castle, which was a liner.
I was called to the helm as we picked up the pilot to enter Capetown.
So there was moi, actually STEERING 45,000 tons of ship into harbour!
Natch, all I was doing was following the pilots instructions-but I was on the bridge at the helm, with the skipper & officers all around me,bursting my little shirt with pride.

It went flawlessly-which was down to the pilot, not me-and once we were secured,I walked over and shook his hand and said "Thank you" before leaving the bridge.

Cor-didn't I get a bollocking from the skipper later for THAT slip of protocol!

But I've never ever forgotten it. It was a 'Never to be repeated' moment.

It varies...probably between 6 and 8 or so.

I had to really think about that - and what constitutes a "close friend." And make a list. The answers were interesting...

So okay, that leads to my question to the next taker: How would you define "close friend?"

MY definition of 'close friend' is someone who can argue with me all night over trivialities

[and a beer or two] as we play chess, and not be flouncy when his P's O V are questioned.

Nothing amusing has ever been read by anyone ever anywhere on any forum,it would seem.

I really thought that Q would get a load of posts containing humour....

[and this poor ole planet DOES need some humour about now...]
