the MFLB is great because of its size and portability, plus it's much cheaper than a volcano. the extreme q (I think thats the name) is like a cheaper volcano. if i'm still smoking weed after I'm done university and my wife and I are both working, I'll probably buy a good plug-in vaporizer. for now the magic flight is enough.

that wall adapter looks awesome... what's the price tag on it? I'm at work and don't want to look it up, and looking shit up on my phone is annoying....

 

60 bucks.. pretty steep but kinda seems like a hell of an upgrade. i like pretty much everything about the launch box except you have to charge it so much.

Hey man, yeah that combo is working out really well......really smooth casting and retrieving! I will say tho, I had a few extra bucks a week ago and went to cabelas to check out their 4th of july sale..........ended up buying a shimano sonora 2500fb/cabelas tourney trail combo for 59.99!! Gotta say it seems a bit smoother than the st croix/pflueger combo but still like them both about the same.........did catch the pike with the shimano/cabelas combo tho..........using a 4" rubber swimbait (baitfish color) and my buddy caught one a little bigger the same day on a dardevle (original red/white color)

between that pike and all the largemouth i've been getting this year, fishing has been fun for a change haha

i listened to a show on public radio yesterday about bass fishing in a lake/river that splits texas and mexico...apparantly the mexican side is all cartel so no one goes close to that side...they actually shot a tourist on a jetski...these fishermen dont care though because they catching whoppers some over 10 pounds.....they had 140 catches in 4 hours...a jerkfest
