finally feeling like myself tonight after a couple days of hell. i've been super anxious and depressed, but now i feel like i've finally crawled out of that hole. going for a nice long bike ride in the sun helped a lot today. sometimes that works but sometimes i think i just need to wait a couple days for it to pass - nothing seems to work. oh well, it seems to get easier to get on top of it every time. i'm going to take a couple months off of the smoke and see if it helps. it sucks, because i use it for pain as well as getting high, but i just need to know for sure that it isn't contributing to this bullshit.

i like the plain cream cheese but they put it on a half inch thick and that grosses me out so i stopped ordering it

 

at tim hortons i usually order 2 milk, 1 sugar and either an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese or a sesame seed bagel toasted with butter and cheddar.

I think working makes you appreciate weed so much more... once school ended and i had no job, i would sit at home smoking all day long, being such a lazy stoner that i even made lazy stoners look bad... lol

but now that i work the majority of the time, i'm only able to smoke late at night when i get home, and it's like a treat after a long day... it even feels better... i felt like shit when i used to smoke because i knew i was doing nothing productive and it sucked, but now it's like a reward

 

i always order my bagels double toasted. which half the time is okay, and half the time is burnt to a crisp on the outside and not warmed at all on the inside. the coffee isn't great but it gets the job done.

 

I kinda miss that shit lol

 

just like i miss a tooth ache..there is a tims right beside the the ferry docks..there is always homeless people there..

.and not the ''nice'' homeless...the ''off my meds'' kinda homeless.

..i give 1 dude a toonie whenever i see him because he eats out of the trash cans on the street..

he is the ragedest dirtiest schizofrenekized homeless dude i have ever seen...and i seen alot of hoimeless dudes in my time.

..this fuckin guy is so dirty that i will not put the toonie into his hand or his cup...i set it on the bench about 2 feet from him and watch carefully that no vermin jump from him onto me

junior has a trial today for breaking a window of a group home van last year so i will be in court all morning checking out the bitches that show up for bail court....its kinda funny because they get dolled upp and fight for the spot in front of the video camera so therir dudes can see them in the courtroom
