i dont see how... filling your brain with good living tools and advice is harmless. i worked at a treatment center for three years and i saw alot of peoples life change from it... all positive
I'd say yeah, go to rehab, if that's where you're at in your life and your problem. Just remember that you have to work too, rehab isn't the end of the road. It's all up to you to make good on it, even if rehab helps supply some tools to help you out. Good luck! Oh, and steer clear of AA, those people are crazy and very cultish. It replaces alcohol with AA meetings. My dad went down that road once and couldn't believe how nuts they are. We did some research online and couldn't believe the way some of those groups function.
