    Hey Peter my friend.
    Thank you for nice comments regarding pictures and improvements
    Now then.
    Our flat lights.
    I have asked me Missus to please sit in the window so we can try and earn some extra cash.
    But she told me to fuck off.:eek:
    So I suppose that’s that then! :)

    Thing is I have always loved using lighting to create hopefully a nice mood, and using HUE coloured lighting depending on what colours I want at any time.
    All the lamps can be changed for colour.
    Both inside and out.

    I have changed the colours for this evening.
    Just for you!

    I use the HUE coloured lights both behind our telly, and around the home, and for us creates a cozy atmosphere.

    Good Friday morning/afternoon/evening and night to all my lovely HIP Forum friend
    It is     calm and it is sunny in and out and I have already been out for a long walk, and it felt lovely at 14c.

    Its colder then it has been here in Virginia. (46 degrees Fahrenheit)

    The wind has picked up also.

    Guess I'm bundling up tonight if I go out.
    Or at least my definition of bundling up.

    And here it is Sunday morning... not too many parties last night as we lead up to another holiday in Mexico. There is another revolution to celebrate on November 20. The ex-pats are arriving in droves.

    Speaking of driving, there are several hundred teams of four wheelers heading down the 1,000 mile peninsula leading to La Paz. it is the Baja 1000, and they are busily tearing up the lands in their off-road fervor. This year, local ranchers along the way forced them to pay for crossing their property, bravo! They do a LOT of damage but the spill of millions of dollars as they spend their way down here is all too welcome to the Mexicans. I will be hiding out in my casa when all that happens. Parades, roaring cavalcades of four wheelers heading down the highway into town, fireworks, lots of mass contagion to be avoided by me. :)

    The Camarone Pizza was so good on Wednesday night for dinner, we did it again last night. Walked on the beach for sunset, pizza and beer, and watched TV.

    I remember Tucson... when I lived in Silver City, New Mexico for one year we would drive all the way to Tucson to shop at Costco...

    And visit 4th Avenue area... it was a groovy scene back around the turn of the century. Live music on certain nights on the street... many young people hanging out with great restaurants and shops. I hope it is the same now!

    Catalina Park was just one place to hook up with someone to get you a bag of weed. Which we certainly could NOT find in New Mexico at that time.

    Had some 'interesting' situations...

    One time I had just bought an ounce from a guy on the street in an alley, at night. Smart me, right? I stuffed it in my shorts to hide it... and proceeded to walk away nonchalantly. At that moment a parked car turned on its headlights and caught me in the glare... surprised, to say the least. With that the bag fell out my shorts onto the ground in front of me. Then I noticed it was Police Cruiser!!! (It was a dark alley, right?) Well, I scooped it up, and walked away as if nothing happened.

    And nothing happened.

    Then driving home we got stopped by the Border Police looking for 'aliens' but we had a couple ounces of weed in the cooler along with other groceries and supplies. The dog sniffed around, and I guess the cheeses masked the weed, or my lucky stars were out that night... they told us to go home. So we did.

    That was my last trip to Tucson for that... a month later I said screw this, and moved back to Amsterdam where you could buy it just about everywhere, with no hassles.

    And that is my 'weather report' for today. LOL!

    Shopping day today.
    We usually just walk to either Liddle or Aldi which are around a 15 minute walk away from us.
    But we can get to them walking along the promenade, which makes it rather nice. :)
