@Boozercruiser that's quite the story, and all too believable. I dislike nosy neighbors also.

I have had to move twice now because of neighbors who spied on me. I have also moved to get away from obnoxious loud party hosting neighbors.

I could post some stories about life in Mexico...perhaps I will :)

And what with lockdown returning for you it is not fun I have to admit. I have been in quarantine since March 1, only venturing out when absolutely necessary for provisions.

It is boring, tedious, mind numbing and argument provoking.

Fortunately we all have the Hip Forums to express our feelings and find some like minded company.

    ....

I certainly agree with your words there in bold Zen and it is only this forum I post on now.
This forum sure is different from any other forum I have ever been on, and I certainly like being able to converse with people from other countries other than just mainly British.
Though there is a good sprinkling of us Brits here of course, not forgetting that crazy Candy Gal!

Talking of neighbours Zen, to tell you the truth this guy has been the only one I could honestly call a bad neighbour, even after eight moves in all my life.
There is nothing worse than living with an a'hole neighbour who thinks they own either the apartment block or the houses all around them without any consideration to others.

I would be very interested in hearing about life in Mexico.
Most people know about life in America and Canada, but not Mexico.
Apart from Trumps rants about his wall and whatever that is!

I have to go out now walkie's with Wifey as she has told me to get off this thing and go for a social distancing walk!
Right nag she is, but that's O.K. as she is just trying to keep me fit!

Some lovely weather pictures you posted there Zen.
Perhaps I am some kind of sad sod, but anything weather anywhere fascinates me.
    But then.
I guess you already know that!

I love the interactions here myself @Boozercruiser... most people on the site are very helpful and kind. We do have some crazy kooks, politically obsessed, and others that mix it all up. It's all good, except when it's NOT.

My weather report for today is a way for us all to talk about the one common thread we all have through our lives, and we can not escape it... the weather. But the weather is the environment, and a lot goes on in our environment that we must discuss where ever we can.

Thank you for being here and being a gentleman. Much appreciated.

Thank you for your kind words there Zen, and you are obviously a very perceptive person who sees life in the whole instead of being blinkered.

Regarding my CCTV cameras looking towards the sea.
Just to give a perspective on the where our building is, the photographs were taken looking up the road towards our ground floor furthest property on the right.
    And yes.
We do have a very nice Pub on the corner there where they do good beer and meals.
    We go there occasionally.

    Photos taken the other day.

Thanks for nice words Scott, but yes good question but may I ask a question?
What is social distancing? :tonguewink:

    Bye the way.
    Three more pics.
Looking down the road from near the railway bridge, and into the garden should my blastard neighbour try and nose in!

We call it sana distancia here in sunny Mexico!

They think of it being a 'healthy distance' which is probably more accurate.

Healthy distance covers it just right Zen, but our wise government in all its glory have decided that the must use phrase Social Distancing must be the one used.
    As in these poster dictates!

    After all Zen.
These brainy people get paid good money (our money) to think this stuff up! 32486739-F87C-4D54-9B8A-1726FBE56C6A.jpeg A1BB471B-2446-4D24-BB6A-C491EBCDB55F.jpeg

    To be honest Zen.
Being born in Liverpool I am not Welsh so that is incomprehensible to me as well!
Absolutely everybody here in North Wales can speak English so there is no need to learn Welsh really, and it is well known for being a very difficult language to learn.
Regarding all posters and letters we get from the Welsh Government they are all printed in both Welsh and English so no worries.

    Back to topic!
I have been out for the Saturday newspapers The Sun and The Daily Express and The Daily Mail.
We always buy 3 papers on a Saturday because there are good TV magazines in them, plus for the Football Sport sections.
It felt ruddy cold in the breeze, but the paper shop is only 8 minute walk away so no worries.

Have a lovely day everybody no matter what your weather is were you live.

My pleasure, I’ve always been fascinated by the weather and like you I often find myself looking up weather from around the world including places like
Hawaii, Russia, China, Australia, and as remote and as far distant as the south pole (as indicated by the link below)

It blows my mind that the current temperature at the south pole is -89 F with a windchill of -124 F

Today's Weather report from Planet Earth is for more of the same!

There will be rain, snow, storms, severe drought and there are hurricanes brewing.

But most of all the planet is choking on Carbon Monoxide. Obscenely high levels globally lead me to believe there is human interference in the weather through careless pollution of the air we all breathe. The dark red spots are either fires or industry.
