medical stuff sounds very complicated over there.here people that can afford it pay.people that can't don't have to. if he gets ya on his your dad.that will do.
the law in this country is that no hospital can turn you away in an emergency for lack of $s and all county/ emergency hospitals normally have a social worker on staff to help you with the paperwork.
If you don't have insurance a lot of the times they won't actually try and help you until it's serious though. At least in this town anyway...and even if they do treat you, you still have to have money to get your medicine. Last time I had to go to the doctor, she was very understanding of the money situation and helped me find a medicine on the four dollar plan though, so that was pretty cool. Especially since it was very difficult to find a pill to treat what I had that I was not allergic to.
if you have any doubts go in the front door and look up 'social services' on the directory and go direct to the social worker, explain your situation and ask for help.
