If you have a choice between Tramadol and T3's, and you wanna get high, go with the T3's. I got Tramadol prescribed a few times, and they didnt do shit in regards to getting a good high. But they did help me when i had to go back up north to work and i was forced to withdrawal from oxy.
I live in Canada and here the Immodium off the shelf is the shit that helps with withdrawals. I bought the blue liquid stuff, and it did work. Along with that my withdrawal kit contained; Naproxen sodium, over the counter acetominophen/8mg codeine pills (Canada only i think), and any benzo i could get my hands on. But i was definately suprised with the Immodium trick i read on here a while back.
I've never gotten high off of tramadol. I've also heard that you need to be careful with them because if you take too many you can have a seizure.
I find trams to give a really peaceful feeling and precipitate really deep conversation. Perfect for just two people on a warm summer night.
I've never really gotten a buzz from Tramadol. They did help me one time with wd's when my vike script ran out early. The only problem was I'd have to take 4 at a time to get any relief. But they did help. As for pain control, I'd say they're worthless for serious chronic pain. For something minor like a sprained ankle they're maybe one step above worthless. But for temporary relief from wd's, they'll do in a pinch.
Pretty worthless synthetic opioid analgesic with a hidden SNRI (antidepressant) content. Basically they are worthless garbage meant to work along the lines that chronic pain is "all in your head".
I hear you. And that reminded me of a guy I know who suffered 3rd degree burns over about 30% of his body a few years ago. He beat up his girlfriend one night when he was drunk, then passed out on the couch. While he was sleeping she got even with him, and I mean she got him good. She heated up a mixture of cooking oil and bleach on the stove and threw it on him. He's a vet too, so he was treated at the VA. After a year of skin grafts and therapy he was still in a lot of pain, and his VA doctor was giving him grief about a little prescription for Vicoden. He told me he practically had to beg her to refill it. It seems that she was one of those types that believe that pain is just "all in your head" and overcoming it is just a question of "mind over matter". Such fucking bullshit. In this day and age a guy has a right to not be in pain if it can be relieved, and shouldn't be treated like a junkie for asking for some simple Vicoden when he's been burned over a third of his body. Some of these doctors piss me off. I get my medical care at the VA too, but fortunately I've got a doctor with a heart and some common sense. Lots of people can take these meds for a long period of time with no ill effects, even if they're addicted.
I doubt it.... but it's out in generic and cheap to make, so who knows, maybe it's legit. The stuff does very little anyways so how would anyone know the difference?
