Yeah. It will give you a LIGHT buzzed feeling, depending on the dosage. The buzz really kicks in good when you sit back in a comfy chair or lie down in bed. It works better in conjunction with opiates, as opposed to by itself, and it is commonly prescribed to potentiate opiates.
hmm well i get scripted 60 50mg Tramadols each month...they work ok for coming down off better opiates like oxy and Dilaudid
i would not be able to function daily without tramadol/ultram. I have chronic pain from 2 botched surgeries and its the only medicine I can take, where i can drive, speak clearly, work, think straight and function without feeling the pain(most of the times) it is not at all recreational, most would not feel a thing, but if you have major pain and need to mask it, this will help. going on 3 yrs of taking it daily with one surgery between to try to fix the damage and no luck...according to dr, i could need it for the rest of my life... hope not tho! 1000mg?? NEVER!!! i was up to about 500 mg a day right after surgery because i didn't want stronger narcotics and I wanted no pain. I felt different, my breathing felt lowered, like someone was sitting on my chest and once my dr found out, she stated how close i could have been to seizure level. no need 100mg every 5 -6 hours does it
