In order for that particle to exist it would need to accompany a certain amount of space. Even if all the rest of the space were empty around it, it is still occupying space and thus feeling effects of duration. Just because you have nothing to compare it to doesn't mean time itself is defeated.

As far as transcending time in your mind goes, I think to an extent you can create the illusion of transcending time. There is a part of your brain involved in keeping time through the circadian rhythm, and this can be fooled by a great deal many things. THC creates the illusion of slowed time, but it probably has less to do with overcoming the flow of time as overcoming your perception of it.

So I guess, in my own opinion, you can overcome perceptions. To overcome the laws of physics is another thing entirely. It's best not to confuse the two.

Being that this "spooky action at a distance" really does exist, as seems to be a provable case; would it be possible to extend split particle(s) ... one to a far off planet (manned mission to Mars) or beyond while storing its extended particle here on Earth thereby recording real time data by means of the reverse polarity of the interacted particle. The electron dual spin polarity would be assigned a binomial signature 0 and 1 capable of transporting information through negative time transition. Is this the direction contemporary science is heading?

That's an awesome concept, I would imagine that to be the most practical use of this "spooky" action. All it would take it a way of stabilising the particles, I suppose. In theory, a much simpler version of this has already been used to demonstrate it, so we should already be capable of this without having to split particles. Also, since some theories state that all matter is simpy loads and loads of shards of a single split particle (maybe God??) we could know anything we wanted about the whole universe, past, present and future from the very atoms we are made of! This is entanglement, is it not?
