True Confession

I guess I'll make a confession. I'll choose something that's hopefully not too bad. This will sound weird, but I have this OCD thing about keeping records of everything, and I keep an online spreadsheet for every person that I have sex with and have done so since 2006. Like I type their name, age, the date of our first encounter, ethnicity, male or female, contact info, what my relationship to them is, what type of sex we had and thoughts about that person and I update the number of times that I'm with each individual. I'm kind of surprised that more people don't do similar but then again, I keep every receipt too.

I began doing it because I had multiple partners and wanted to keep track of who is who, so I don't get anyone confused with someone else. The benefit today is that I can easily look at it and see statistics like how many women or men I've been with. How many were of a certain age and things like that, so for me now it's more of an interesting statistic thing than it is a record keeping thing, and in some ways it still surprises me every time I look at it.

And I know someone is gonna ask me this, so I guess I'll just grin and bare it to get it out of the way, since I have the page open in front of me. Since 2006, according to my records, I've had 122 partners. 7 of them were female, not including threesomes. I hope that's not considered too high. Interesting to me, is that 13 men shared the same first name of Michael. 4 people shared the same last name of Smith. 5 people were boyfriends. 20 people were dates. 12 people were friends, 5 people were randoms I met at parties and 66 were my tenants who leased rooms from me, etc, etc. Anyway, I think stats are interesting, so thought maybe someone else would find it interesting too. The bad part is that I don't remember most of these people beyond what I typed in, so without this record, my memory would be way off. I'm probably going to hell for sure, aren't I?
