Very true. I don't think that China being a communist nation has anything to do with the hygiene problem, Hygiene problems exist in capitalist countries too. China's hygiene problem is more a problem of lifestyle. Most of the rural Chinese are very poor, and uneducated. Sure, the government could force the people to a cleaner lifestyle, but it's not a priority. China has a totalitarian government, more so than a communist one. Being a totalitarian, Peng's goal is to retain power. He is not really concerned if someone is washing their hands.

The FMCSA only eliminated certain drivers hours of service laws..not all truck drivers fall in the category for that.the area of trucking I am involved in is not exempt.personally however if I was exempt I would not use it because I do not agree with them doing away with it when convenient and then play hardball the rest of the time,I know what 100 hour weeks in a truck are like,also the fact that there is very little procedures in place to protect drivers from looting or the virus for that fact..along with it becoming increasingly difficult for them to get the basics for food and sanitation needs (showers and restrooms) in the end the lack of sleep and proper nutrition will weaken their immune systems and do more damage.

If he had mobilized the full force of the american government immediately after the first reports coming out of china,
he could have ultimately saved the lives of thousands of people. Thousands of registered voters, instead he sealed

Lets be fair to everyone guys. There is no country or President on the planet right now that has all the answers to how to stop Covid19. Its time for earthlings across the board to pull together and defeat this potentially disastrous pandemic. In the USA there should be no Republican or Democrats ... just Americans.
