Also, your friends are asking you to try too hard. You want to work out for you, great. Don't do it because you think it will get you laid. Ladies can smell that nonsense from a mile away. Your number one goal is to relax, enjoy yourself. Get to know some people. You get used to doing that, often the rest just sort of comes natural.
