Yeah, I've been trying to thaw the water line...

I finally got the pump working, only to find out I hadn't drained the line running to the house last time I was working on it...

 

dont you have a warm line on it?like the kind we used to keep the line to the lake pump thawed....?

my goal is to get my last years one done before jan 1st and then do this years before the due date and get caught up

 

Not on that line, it wouldn't do any good. It's the one that you always see in the pictures of the front yard that goes through the air. As long as I drain it when we are finished pumping water, there is no problem with it. It was just because we didn't get the pump going last time, just enough to put water in the line, and it got stuck in a low spot.

Now... we have water again.

Not so random fact... I don't make a very good dirty hippie... lol
