Random Fact...I have the little one today, she's in the baby swing...

 

I am cold, I need to walk on the treadmill, all I want to do is go back to bed where it's warm, but walking on the treadmill get's me warn too. I feeling lazy

 

Random fact...I'm holding my 4 month old granddaughter, and she's gettin' hungry...So i'm going to go feed her... before she eats her hand off...

 

I have a job later this week and I have to wake up at 4 am for it. I'm trying to wake up an hour earlier each day, but I'm not sure I can wake up that early. I just wasn't made for mornings.

At my old job I used to have to wake up at 5 am, it didn't matter if I got 5 hours of sleep or a full 8 hours, I always feel like shit if I have to get up before 7 am.

In theory you should be able to eventually reset your biological clock so getting up at 4 am won't hurt so much...in theory - I've never been able to do it...
