took my change jar into the mall today and dumped it into a counting machine ...it popped out $294.64

I did that a few weeks ago with a peanut butter jar full of quarters. $172.00 popped out and they charged 9 cents per dollar.

 

there's no charge here but the catch is they pay you with a mall gift card that can only be used at mall merchants

but I tricked them by going to Tim Hortons and buying two $100 gifts cards that I can use at any Tims location and saved the $94 left over for walmart purchases later


I used to use my change to buy christmas gifts but my nieces wanted gift cards from somewhere else this year and I already bought my nephews tool kits so this time Ill just use it for my coffee all year

 

heheh. I had a trick buying gift card.. I tricked them into 40cents per gl, off gas. They fucked up somehow cause Ive did this 3 times already just buying 50$ cards, then use them in the store towards food. stupids.

I've never bought any gifts for my nieces and nephews and I actually feel bad about it. I need to remember this year.
