unexplained sky lights over Norway

both.
i saw almost the excate same thing back in july of 1969 in st. paul, minnesota.
it is the nothern lights (aurora borealls)
nothing more or less then that.
i never though, i would ever see an aurora borealls like that again in my life time.
they are very, very, very, extreamely rare!
