Unfair (It makes you think.)

I think that everything that needed to be said was said on the 1st page. Now it's all commentary.

Fit in the box. That's what it's all about. Men and women. It's two seperate boxes, but we are both confined. When we stray too far from our expected behavior, we start recieving resistance from mother culture.

In this environment, it is tempting for those who have noticed to claim special victimhood and argue over who is more oppressed. But the argument is worthless.

We are all victims. And we all victimise each other several times every day. Everyone reading this is at about the same level (pretty damn high) on this pyramid sceme we call the global economy. And what we should be discussing is how to undo this system of oppression. The whole thing, not just for women who want to be fat or men who want to wear pretty skirts.

Not that each case of oppression does not deserve to be examined and deconstructed on its own. But this constant clamoring for victim status over every little thing. Honestly now, what's the point?

And if you sit back and think for a while, some of those questions that you were asking to point out the victimhood of women could point another direction if you open your mind a bit. Like the question of women being preasured to be slender while men are considered A-OK if they have beer guts. Your box is more pinched in the waste. There's that whole history of garter belts and removing the floating ribs. And my sister was anorexic for years. But my box is big and fat and dies young of heart disease. So who is more oppressed? Depends on your perspective. My point in this paragraph is that it takes a special kind of mind twist to not have noticed that on your own.

 

If you know the reasons why to any of them than please tell me.


1. Why is it that a fat guy will want a girl to be fit or skinny but we should accept him for what he is?

Everyone has their preference both men and women. Men have pressure from asociety also.

2. Why is it that men can date a woman 20 years younger but a woman can't date one 10 years younger without getting teased?
you're right we don't tease them we just call them perves and we high five women.

3. Why is a guy's middle-age 45 and a woman's 30 when a woman statistically lives longer?
I've never heard this one but I am going to stay 23 forever so it doesn't apply to me anyway.


4. Why is a man's haircut cheaper than a woman's even if the guy and girl have the same amount of hair?
because women are picky and demanding and it requires a lot more time to layer then just cut like you do a guys hair.
5. Why are there so many commercials that target women for weight loss and leave men alone?
I think women are more concerned about women's weight then men are about womens weight. but infomercials seem un gender biased to me.
6. How come a man can go out at 2 o'clock in the morning and a woman is asking for it when she does it but men are more likely to commit crimes while women are more likely to be going home?
this one I agree with and it really sucks. I hate being sexually harased and i now realize I live in an area where it's minimal compared to other parts of the US.

7. How come when a woman fixes food she's a cook but when a man fixes food he's a chef?
any one who goes to culinary school is a chef a cook is someone who didn't attend school or who hasn't proven themself.
8. How come a woman's pregnant belly and exposed breast are frowned upon in public but a man's beer belly and breast are acceptable?
I find it distasteful when men go shirtless in public except at the beach. why do women get to wear bikini bottoms yet we laugh at men who wear speedos?
9. Why is it that a woman pays the same price for food as a man in a restaurant but men get better service?
I got an insane amount of free drinks from resturaunts and way better service then my male counterparts even after I forgot to tip the day before (I apologized and left one for the waiter the next morning and told his boss he was great). I uusually get poor service from female waiters though.

10. Why do they make a man's bike with a bar across instead of slanted like they do a woman's?(I'm guessing this was a woman's idea to get even for the 9 things that men have their way lol.)
