    I would be more worried about STD's than UTI's. My husband has never used a condom during anal & has never had a problem. I know you said she's STD free, but if she's cheating her husband could be too, so unless she gets tested every time she has sex with him and then waiting to get her results before she does anything with you (which I highly doubt), the risk is definitely there.
