Outside of the MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA on Main Street. Picture is from March 2019. It was still there on New Year's Day.
Springfield, MA in March 2019, on or by Duryea Street. Very close to Union Station (Amtrak/Greyhound/Peter Pan/PVTA city bus/CT Rail). Model of an early car prototype that was built in the city either side of 1900.
I keep meaning to stop and take photos when i'm up that way, but there's never any room in the laybys for my truck
I know very little about the third largest city of Massachusetts. It's the closest out-of-Connecticut area to me (Boston and New York City are both a bit over two hours, depending on traffic). It's also home to the Baseketball Hall Of Fame. I haven't been to the current building. Admission is close to $23 US, from what my brother told me. I've been to the Baseball H.O.F. twice. Both visits were in the mid-1990s and it's in Cooperstown, New York. Getting back to Springfield...it's also the birthplace of Doctor Seuss, Theodor Geisel.
The guy with the three watches in his coat...I didn't take that one. The rest are all mine, with varying quality.
The oversized sneaker is in Springfield, MA. It was moved from the previous bus terminal before that got knocked down. Here was a another one which was downtown at an earlier time. It's no longer sitting there. It was outside of the MassMutual Center.
