absolutely! everywhere i got people pass me by and say things like "omg, she is gorgeous!" it makes me feel so great and positive. it's not like i'm beautiful in an intimidating way, but in a way that people can feed off of and learn from

i too love yer dreads. just let em be and do their thing and all will be well. it will take care of itself.... but they do look awesome

 

I honestly dont know why I didn't do this months ago, I feel like a million times better, thanks to everyone for all of the support, and sorry my messages dont answer all of your questions, but I only have internet for a very brief amount of time nowadays. I remember someone asking me how often I wash them...since I live in Indiana...not very much during the winter, last time I did, I got very sick for about 2 weeks because they wouldnt dry. But in the summer time, usually every night, I use soap that my mom gave me that she used to make. All natural, no chemicals...it even has some oatmeal thrown in the mix...makes it a little spiky, but it works wonderfully.

And thank you scattered, ear to ear smile when after that message, ive always thought and been told that im an ugly bastard. I have quite a low self-esteem, and that may have also lead to me thinking that my dreads were dead, but you have boosted my confidence! maybe it is just this redneck town not liking my style, who knows.

I owe a lot to everyone who posted here, but I dont know how I can repay anyone, thanks again everybody...any further questions that I may have forgot...just jab me in the side with a stick and reminnd me or something.
