It's a great and atmospheric intermezzo but I am not interested in your opinion on Helheim at all. I understand this kind of metal is not your cup of tea. You simply can't relate to it.
I suspect if you listened to the whole album this might come out as your fav in the end after all

I was going to suggest Man o War too.
Not really sure if they qualify as Viking metal or not, it's really not a term I'm familiar with.
There are so many labels for sub-genres these days I can't keep up.

I've been enjoying the new Judas Priest track "Halls of Valhalla" quite a bit, it has that Viking vibe to it, kind of different for Priest.

 

I don't know much about the genre except I skip the dark stuff, go for the what makes me feel like the happy berserk charging the shield wall...lol.
