I think the most sensible thing to do here would be to ask a qualified dietician, biologist or medical practitioner rather than advising others to "fuck what she says" because it doesn't match with what you "think".
A starting point: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2461/2 Kale, raw. Vitamin B12 - 0%
There are suppliments you can buy... but honestly if it's going to endanger your health, please don't feel too bad about eating an egg or two. I really would rather not see you suffer brain damage associated with vitamin b12 deficiency, regardless of the exploitation of an animal. I mean, I don't eat meat but I find myself a bit lost without eggs or dairy products... although I don't feel great about it.
you can take some spirulina in powder or tablets or some chlorella or some nutritional yeast . these three have some b12 and are not from animal source...
Unfortunately spirulina is currently under investigation due to links to health issues (some cyanobacteria produce cyanotoxins, which are potentially harmful to the nervous and endoctrine systems) and is not recommended by doctors. It is also not really a viable source of B12 for humans. Some health benefits have been proven (slightly improved iron absorption and lowered cholesterol) but an ability to provide humans with reliable B12 has been disproven.
It's important for people to realize that eating meat and dairy will not guarantee that you will not be deficient in b12. More than 99% of people with b12 deficiencies are meat eaters. The leading cause of b12 deficiencies are absorption issues, not lack of b12 in the diet. Regardless if someone eats meat or is a vegan, they should be getting nutritional blood work done on occasion. If you are in the normal range there is no reason to supplement, also no reason not to as long as you do it correctly. If you are low then it is important to not blame your current diet, especially if you have never had nutritional blood work done on your previous diet. You may have come from being a b12 deficient meat eater to being a b12 deficient vegan. The absolute best way for a person to guarantee they are getting optimal b12 levels is to take b12 injections. This goes for vegans and meat eaters.
If you have an absorption problem, don't just except it and get injections. You need to clear out whatever is causing the blockage. Ignoring a leaky roof and putting buckets everywhere doesn't solve anything. It will only weaken the rest of the house. Heal holistically. It is the ony truly effective approach, for a person is in fact a (w)hol(e).
In case of a leaky roof ALWAYS put out buckets immediately then find cause of leak on the roof. In case of b12 deficiency always get injections immediately then figure out what may be causing the problem.
