    interesting.

yes, sleep paralysis is just one way to get there.

I once knew a woman who got a ticket for "Driving in a state of samadhi"

Good to know you are connected to your guru.

Any visions you would like to share, please feel free.

i've had some pretty intense past life memories of atlantis and ancient egypt, mythical greece too.

my lover and i had a shared astral experience/lucid dream while making love once. it was really intense. i saw myself standing in a greek style courtyeard full of sweet smelling flowers, i was wearing a light blue robe, and had jet black, very long hair, with a golden coronet kind of thing on my head, coming to a point on my forehead. there were triangles etched in the stones, and lots of blue lights (this is always my tip off that i'm experiencing atlantis)

i saw him (my lover) and he looked like a god, all bright and shiny. we were making love as a part of a ritual, with others around us (not making love but taking part in the ceremony) and it was beautiful and spiritual. and he called me by a name (i can't remember it this second, but maybe i'll remember it later)... not only in the astral experience but in the 3d experience he spoke the name as well. as we came, the astral experience faded away.

that was one of the more intense astral experiences, as it was not just my own vision but a shared one.

sex magick, among other things, can create portals (like wormholes) in space/time.

amazing how you were both aware of this instance.
They used to do those rituals for many reasons,
one was to see. Probably saw you then. Maybe they went back further.
Endless possibility weaving through your sanctuary.

time is not a line, like most people think it is....

everything is happening now, and it's already happened

thanks for sharing this. one of the more interesting visions I've come across in my day.

I too have traveled back to those times. Gone way far into the future, too.

    All coming back here. Sharing.

    Amazing . .

i know. i have very little safe space for otherworldly travel at the moment. toxic psychic environment and all... makes it difficult to be zipping out and about away from my body, as it causes me to involuntarily put up all kinds of barriers in and out of my mind. i look forward to once again having a safe and sacred space in which to explore the holographics of reality and illusion.

ah, you see how holographic it all is, nice.
Yes that concept plays a big role in all of this.

    I feel you, sister.

I weave in and out of the right environment.

Whenever I can't be the sorcerer I want to be, it gets frustrating as hell

    but I know there's a reason why I'm here, now . .

i understand the holographic nature, on at least a theoretical level. however i have a hard time remembering it and incorporating it into my life. i've created quite the linear mindset this time around, and it's proving to be an interesting override. my partner is a master at holographic thinking, and it helps to be surrounded by it. that is, when it doesn't drive me fucking nuts, lol!

thinking holographically requries relaxation and the letting loose of any and all illusions of having or maintaining control. it also requires the letting loose of the illusion that we are a body. i do this off and on, and have had some wild experiences regarding that. i'm just working towards consistency and balance in my holographic thinking.

    Thinking itself is holographic, somehow.

I don't think anyone quite understands its mechanisms fully.

When you relax, the frequency your brain emits drops from about 12hz to 9hz (this is just an estimate, there are many factors)
and I've found that in these different states
    neuroelectricity flows much more fluidly.

    We are the hologram

    all is reflection

our existence is the epitome of the universe.

then when you dream you go even lower. 4-6Hz (Hz is a way to measure frequencies. Humans can hear 20Hz to 20,000Hz. the frequencies the brain emits are "extremely low frequencies")

    when I died
the frequency my brain was emitting dropped down into an extremely slow oscillation. one that is far beyond the Hz spectrum.
Here, time is completely dilated. There is no time. You can experience a lifetime in an instant.

This has happened to me twice, and I am severely grateful to see what death is like before I actually depart this planet.

It showed me I have work to do in regards to maintaining my awareness.

If anyone actually wants to make it to the next level (and not be recycled),
I highly recommend practicing things like this.

your post makes me think of something i would like to talk to you more in depth about, perhaps in a pm...

but i have to go to bed or i'm gonna be worthless tomorrow. i'll try to remember to pm you tomorrow. i have some questions for you about the dying thing (and it's completely different than most people's questions of what's it like to die).

I am also a lucid dreamer. the technique you use where you wake yourself in mid sleep and then do this, is a valid technique for sure. i will try this looking up technique next time I find myself in a lucid dream. PEace....

Of course brother! i am in the works of writing a detailed instruction on the method i was originally taught. I would like to add that it is not purely a cherokee method i believe its a compilation of a few techniques not sure ill ask one of the elders ( were are a inter-tribal clan, consisting of apache cherokee and a few blackfoots ) ill try to get as much history on the techniques as well.

Maybe you could help me out here though stalk, this morning i attempted your method which works wonderfully might i add. I seem to be having trouble though as to stay in the correct state. When i realize myself being sucked in too deep and go to pull back i keep pulling too hard and return back to consciousness any help?

Lastly there is a tea as well, mugwort tea i believe which is suppose to help extensively although i never had the chance to work with it i know it consists of mugwort, dominana and lavendar. If anyone ever has a chance to make this and use it please let me know, take care everyone

I do come across this experience, but the problem is after I go back in to the sleep paralysis and start seeing stuff I cant hold on to it for long..I abruptly wake up!

I did try driving one of my favourite cars and I was seeing myself sitting in the drivers seat and changing the gears and then realised that the car that I was driving does not come with a stick shift and lo! it changed to an auto. I still remember feeling the car, the speed, the power and the gravity of the car.fuckin awesome..

please do provide some pointers on sustaining this state. thanks.

    It just takes practice.
It can be so overwhelming at times that it startles you awake
or you get lost in a vision and slip down into your subconsciousness.

Just look up, and try and move your soul out of your body.
(I once ended up in one of my veins, blood rushing by so fast and loud, I could see my cells and everything)

mugwort is an effective dream enhancer, but I fear it may not be good for the liver if you repeat doses for long periods of time.

take some fresh mugwort and put it by your bed. maybe a fresh brugmansia flower too. these plants just radiate the spirit. no need to ingest.

Have never worked with dominana, so I can not comment.

    Just exercise it.
I guarantee you if you did this 3 times a week you would get better and better. I try to every day, but I don't have many obligations at this point in my life.
I like to drive cars and then use them to fly around. haha. Hilarious!

A lot of people seem to be going through an awakening on several points at once. This whole thing started with a ghost hunt a few yrs ago with my kids. From that I met my old Lakota Medicine man buddy, who started inviting me to sweat with him. That whole thing changed my life. I had my first real religious experience in a sweatlodge, when I received spirit or took in life force energy as I now believe, it was almost as moving as the DMT experience.
I wasn't able to practice this the first time I tried it, but I will keep it in mind for when I am dreaming more effectively. Marijuana very much effects my lucid dreaming state, and makes me remember less of my dreams. Needless to say, with Hempfest recently and all that, I have definitely been smoking a lot. :)

    Peace....

well, i guess i might, but i live by that ol' adage, "mean people suck."

so no matter how cool somebody is on the inside, i can't get over their douchebaggery.
