That's not a difference; that's very much the same: There is no difference between how russian arms dealers made lots of money then and how US arms dealers are making lots of money now in this "war on terror."
your questions are to stupid ta even warrant any answers.and you speak like a progammed robot. btw did you know that ayn rands biggest hero was serial killer ! Mmmmmmmm....
i think there's a connection with her and the idea of hero worship in her writings. she was a believer in heroes. capitalism seems to promote hero worship too. our heroes get to make important decisions and bomb places far away. they say we're fightin the war on terror.
ha! ha!its so nuts is'nt it ? all for what.power! control! and greed! will they ever stop so we can all live in a war free world.pity she did'nt have any real heros to admire.the war on terror they all think their fighting is really a war on peace.
that reminds me of a story of a good friend of mine, Ray. Ray was drafted into the viet-nam war as a medic at 18 years old. He said he would hear bombs and rifle fire every day when he was there. That is- every day but christmas… Ray said he then began to realize that he was not fighting the war he was told about.
i actually feel sorry for kids when their just getting drafted, because of what you just described about your friend outt.cos they don't get told the truth.it must be a horrible realisation for a new recruit that dose begin ta see its all wrong and for them it must really screw with there head when they do see.i have always found that part of it ta be very sad to for people like your friend.its so wrong.its all wrong.
There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. And who is it you feel Ayn Rands biggest hero was? Not that it would detract in any way from her words that I've quoted. Facts remain to be facts regardless of how much you may dislike the person(s) who state them. As you seem content to look at things from your own perspective, I only ask questions to see if their are some facts that we might agree on.
...it seems ayn's love affair with heroes lives on in corporate media and the fabric of our societies today: Perhaps belief in heroes lays the foundation of hierarchy from which our masters rule over us and perpetuate the "war on terror."
War on Terror-why arn't we winning ? The Bottom line is that "Killing a Cause is nigh on impossible" = It's a matter of Conscience (Another Sober thought) "One mans' Terrorist, is another Mans' Freedom Fighter" = It's a matter of Credo = MeThinks
Sort of like having English or Irish ancestors and living on the same land mass. There is no difference.
Questions are asked in order to try and obtain some facts, or at least facts from the perspective of the one being asked a question. I have nothing against Irish or English people, and you come across to me like an American who would be angry at persons of Japanese or German descent wanting to purge them from the U.S.A. because of WW I or WW II.
Present the facts roamy, just the facts. A matter of survival? If you're talking about events in Ireland still, what threat is it that is pending and threatens your survival? Note that I am only asking a question, and trying to provide you the opportunity to present the facts, as you see them of course.
oh don't worry.i have you well and truely noted.i have right from the start.presentation of fact!...:nopity:
Isn't it fascinating how some persons can arrange words in a more or less proper sentence without saying anything at all? Roamy, have you thought about running for a political office?
