my method is milk and lying down on my back. it works pretty good. I drink milk like 15-20minutes prior to dosing, then I even gulp my pills with milk.

That seems a little strange  I'll try it if I ever eat opies again.

I've had NO nausea with snorting, and I've also heard that lying down (yea, I think on your side) helps. Just try not moving, and don't let your stomach get too empty.

Also try Chamomile tea! That is well known to reduce nausea :D

I'll keep saying it: "Motion Sickness Pills". Dramamine works 100%. I'll guarantee it. :p

Mild nausea may be relieved by pressing down hard, with a thumb or finger, on the groove between the two large tendons on your wrist that run from the base of the palm up to the elbow.

    Milk.

    Always works for me.

Also, eating beforehand. Laying down as SOON as I feel a slight stomach ache, or my head gets dizzy.
