in virginia you can have your loaded gun on the front seat, have a cop pull you over, and compliment you on the make and model. but if it falls off the seat onto the floor- you in trouble. when we moved to co our route was planned around gun laws.

i have been chore-ing diligently for an hour. i took out the trash and recycling, did a sink of dishes and changed kitty litter. the dog just chewed up my little ruler. its supposed to be above 50° today, so we have to get xmas lights up outside. i think we are just going to cut a pine tree from our yard, they all have to go anyway. i have more dishes to do, muffins to bake, a turkey to defrost and... well. the list always goes on, doesnt it?

Tried to dye the curtains for my van and I forgot to check my dye-bin before I started.
Fucking hole. I can usually get a few days of dying done on one packet but now it's all seeped down the drain.
