the only way it would work would be to have a safe third party member candidate, that the other two both trust. and anyone that is around long enough to get a trustfull reputation, will get arrested.

A few legal points

1) The courts will not enforce a contract that is "against public policy." Drug sales and prostitution are two examples of contracts that the courts will not enforce.

2)Similarly, money lost in drug transatctions do not count as "theft by fraud.", so criminal law protects neither the buyer or seller from each other.

3)On the other hand, conspiricy to violate federal drug laws is a criminal offese that is enforced.

I suggest that rangerdanger reconsider and withdraw his offer.
