Hmm..Bongs hurt my lungs. I prefer a pipe because it's less harsh for me. Seems to be a personal preference kinda thing.
Maybe it's just that you have younger lungs.

 

thats odd.. because generally pipes are harsher since there not filtered. With bongs thou.. the smoke is filtered (water)

 

It's the expansion of the smoke in my lungs. I can also better control how hard I'm hitting with a pipe.

 

if you're talking about marijuana oil, then it's not cheap. To make it it takes like an oz to make a gram of the oil. It's a rich stoner's practice. It is nice to cover blunts with though. It makes blunts burn slow and nice.
