most people experiment with tobacco and alcohol before they try hash, and some of these try other stuff, which means that they can all be considered gateway drugs as much as "the" gateway drug, mj. though i agree all illegal drugs are gateways to each other because of their situation

I used to be addicted to those mother fuckers
I would take at least 3-6 pills a day, every day
And by the end of my addiction I was doing up to 8 pills a day
The last time I ever did E was when I took 19 Double Stacked Green Omegas and yah....

 

This had never occurred to me. I'd probably concede a little in offering that there would still be a minority of people who would both encounter and succumb to the urge to seek out and use increasingly "harder" drugs. Even still, that begs the question of what kind of society would allow a minority to shape its legal structure. In any case, good post.

 

most people are far from having such problems.. no one could afford that here in australia anyway

if getting into ecstacy means doing that, then nah dont get into it. but anyone can go ballistic with any drug, the fact that most people dont is the imporant factor

those are the best drugs out there. at least from what ive heard.

 

LSD is my best friend, i suggest you try it if you like shrooms.

how come people can find all these non mainstream drugs(you know what i mean)

iv tried shrooms x and i smoke alot of weed

but iv never even seen nitrous or special k or all the other seeds and shit listen in prior posts.....im not going past ecstace anyways.....im tryin to go to college

 

im not saying someone that does do those cant get into/graduate college.....

im just saying i dont think i would stay on track experimenting at college.....

well you can get nitrous at the grocery store in the bakery isle.

but Ive gotten all the nitrous that Ive done at parties.

go ta any rave or alot of clubs and you bound to find K or X

all different types of enthobotanicals, seeds, and psychedelic plants Can be found somewhere on the internet...

and when all else fails go to a well known music festival for a complete library of substances.

 

I think any substance that makes you interested in other substances and feeling more from those substances is a gateway drug. For most people, that gateway drug is alcohol. I remember as a kid getting my first tipsy buzz from alcohol. That is what gave me a reference to what an altered perception is about. That's what sparked my interest in other substances and experiences.

And, alcohol is a drug. Your body doesn't care about the law.

I am 35 yrs old I know about 30 that smoke weed.

Of the 30 I think four went onto harder drugs

Gateway? Na

Its a matter of a choice of drug, not one thing leads to the other.

For these four the choice of drug was not pot or they would have just stayed.

Most of us after we find out what we like we stay with.

If things are gateways why no one talks about the legal cigs and booze that most of us start first with then move on.

I don't know the exact term for SSRI but it's seritonin inhibitor. Basically, it's ADD medicine.
