I used to get that slightly in my throat like all the time. I now realized its got something to do with how hydrated i am. Vodka burns soooo much also! You guys suck. sitting around is fun and dandy but not if its the only thing you do. youre missing out. ive noticed the amazing benefits of smoking weed for excersise. as long as you can get off your lazy ass and go running youll realise how fun it is. its liek youre flying. and you can actually run pretty fast when your stoned. ive found i can run sprint heaps, and my legs will only hurt till i stop or slow down and wieght loss is achieved by smoking in another way. caus when you smoke, eating is a big priority but if youre distracted, then its not. If you are hungry, then you make a choice to eat or not, but if youre not hungry then you wont eat. and so, people who get stoned but dont eat much (like me) either caus theyre distracted, they ate lots before smoking (that prevents the munchies, since the munchies are largely just an amplification of your normal desire to eat, and so if its gone, you wont have much to amplify; ive obseved on this forum too that sex drive is similar) or they dont have acess to food, then they wont eat to excess when stoned. and then, they wont be hungry whenever theyre not stoned. so, as long as your not a couch slave (spend all your seshes in front of TV, eating food and doing something else that doesnt require the movement of the lower body) then loosing weight with weed is possible fairly easily. just stock up on healthy food too. when your stoned, healthy food may seem appealing, where when sober it would look plain and boring

for a stoner, healthy food doesnt mean alfalfa and soy beans. healthy food for a stoner means maybe fruit, and some pasta maybe. or some rice. and vegetables, and meat that hasnt been deep fried. i eat plenty of junk but i balance it. anyway its only if you want to lose weight. if you dont then of course youre gonna choose chocolate over broccoli. i cant stand brussel sprouts and alfalfa, but theyre really not that much more healthy than say, a banana and an equal serving of normal salad
