oh yeah i have a ton of things that make sounds and noizes.
but like some one said before, i don't think the people here would think of then as "wierd"
    like; Digeridoo, kazoo, djembee, Harp.

i have all kinds of shaky rattle things, rain makers and such.
    oh yeah some (penny)whistles aswell,

what do you call these things anyway

Mouth Harp I always just called it.

Oh, and the wooden box is a tounge drum.... mmmm, makes me happy.

I play lots of... junk... trashcans, old metal gascans, homemade gutbucket, ashtrays, LOTS AND LOTS OF CHILDREN'S TOYS.... um, next I wanna tackle some circuit bent instruments... and some more gradual sound instruments, I'm in love with my harmonica, and I wast to get back into trombone, and try some fretless stringed instruments.

My main instrument is fretless bass. Not very weird, but somewhat unusual, no?

I own and play the following: one kulintang (that's a set of eight small brass gongs laid out horizontally, used by the Maranao, Maguindanao, and other Muslim tribes of the Philippines), one sarunay (that's the miniature version of the kulintang), one kudlong (a two-stringed guitar used by the Bagobo tribe), one faglong (another two-stringed guitar used by the B'laan tribe), plus a bamboo flute that's not precisely tuned.

I think what you have is a hammered dulcimer. Your description of it definetley sounds like one, but I could be wrong.
