Well I got Robbed today, Awesome.

oh you're just being flooded with home grown mid weed from the mid west then that day laborers/migrant workers often pick when nothing else comes up. Weed grows fucking everywhere in the midwest, it's shitty cause it's wild weed, but it's mad a lot.

 

oh and by the by op i forgot to mention how many fuckin times i have been robbed, not quite like that, but equally cheated from my money.. hundreds at least, gone from my stupidity.. live and learn, try not to worry about it things be gravy come pay day and u get your next sack... and if u like irony go back to the station and try to find the fools who sell stolen shit on corners and buy back a ipod cheap.. maybe youll get yours lol

 

that's probably the most fucked up thing about it all lol, that ipod was sold 10 minutes after the fucker took it for $20, or less.

 

I'm afraid to move back to a bigger city because my car is packed with a bunch of sound system goodies.

I didn't want to read all the pages of this thread to see if somebody already noticed this possibility (I stopped after the first 2), so I apologize if somebody has said this already but

Have you considered the possibility that your guy set you up? I mean it all sounds way too convenient. Dude doesn't show up, but some strangers do and somehow know you're looking for weed. . . You're telling me that they just took the chance that you might not be a smoker at all and could call the cops right then and there on a hunch?


A good friend of mine had an experience with a dealer who set him up to get robbed. He had decided he wanted to be a relatively small-time dealer to make some extra money. He was buying from a much bigger dealer (obviously) who acted like a friendly guy and all.

One day this big-time dealer called my friend and claimed he had run out of product and wanted to stop by his place and purchase some of his own stuff back. In retrospect this was very obviously shady but at the time we were all naive and used to running with trustworthy crowds. I was in my friend's house at the time, as I was most nights, drinking with him and a few other buddies that formed our usual crowd.

The big time dealer brought his "friend" along, who also acted very cool, but peculiarly was noticing a lot of the electronics and such around my friend's house. "Thats a nice keyboard you got there!" and "How much did you pay for that guitar? I want one of those." HE also pointed out how "clever" it was that my friend kept his stash in a saxaphone case along with his profits.

A couple weeks later my friend had sold the last of his current stash and left town temporarily to work with a furniture moving business that works all around the country. I can't remember where he went that specific time and its not really relevant. All I know is that he, his weed, and his money were no longer in that house.

When he returned his roomate was gone, along with every bit of his roomate's stuff. Everything of value that belonged to my friend was also missing. AFter some asking around and investigating my friend found out that some people had broken into the house in the middle of the night, woke up his roomate with a gun to his head and demanded to know where my friend was, and also where his saxaphone case was. Apparently they knocked the roomate around a bit for failing to tell them about the gun he had in a safe in his room. They tied him to a chair, took everything of value from the house and left.

The cops found the guys driving a van full of stolen goods around indianapolis (which was where the friend of teh big-time dealer had claimed he was from). They had already sold most of their stuff though.

My friend contacted the big dealer afterwards, who acted innocent and claimed to know nothing of what happened, but you'd have to be a fucking idiot to believe he wasn't assisting his buddy in robbing that place. The dealer was a very large person, so he definitely didn't physically participate in the robbery, but he was definitely in on it.

My point is that just because a dealer is a weed dealer doesn't mean he's a great guy and incapable of other more serious crimes. A lot of pepole get into that business because they are opportunists, and if they're willing to make money off of one crime, why not branch out into other more lucrative ones?

I'd find a new dealer. Honestly from the way you describe that situation it sounds more likely that your dealer screwed you than that he just happened to be late and that some other people just happened to think you might want drugs and then robbed you.

Same man, lost about €300 altogether from stupidity, €450 in one go due to carelessness and €120 due to wrong place wrong time etc.

The €450 also resulted in my arrest and nearly getting stuck in a foreign country, Ive never been that angry in my life.

the €120 was completely out of my control so I just put that down to experience.

the €300ish was all due to my own stupidity which I learned from a long time ago. Although all the people that fucked me over in that way were paid back at one point or another :reddevil: Although it did end up with one person getting brutally hospitalised and nearly killed...not by me of course but it was directly because of me...that was fucking mental as well...got myself involved with some serious dodgy cunts over that. Only time Ive ever seen a gun outside of a farm before too...

 

Man! That fuckin blows man! One time I was blazing behind a store with my friend because his backyard leads directly behind it. Then, I look and see this gangster guy I've seen before staring at us around a corner. He thinks he's gang material and walks around wearing green and purple thinking hes so hard in a small town full of old people... It's a joke really, and they try to start beef, but use like 3 guys to beat up one guy. Anyways, he approaches us and starts saying he owns that shit and that he owns what we have because we were there (even though he just rents an apartment there). Me and my friend just treat him like a joke, even though he was much stronger than me, he couldn't beat two of us, let alone hurt me very much (high pain tolerance). Still didn't convince us, so he started threatening to call the cops if we didn't give him our shit. So, he grabs my ipod headphones and pulls my touch out of my pocket and steps back a couple steps, still chirping us about how hes gonna kick our ass if we didn't give him whatever else we had. So we closed in on him against a wall 2 against 1 attempting to get the ipod back, when this dude's friend is going to his car and notices what's happening. He said "Get the fuckin knife", and I understand why he called it THE knife. It was a bigassed hunting knife that he started coming with, so we just ran and let him have my ipod, but we kept our weed and bowl... It sucks cause that was the first day I had my ipod touch.

 

Moral of the story: Apple is a shite company

 

They probably were probably tracking me through the Ipod and had that dude rob it so that I could buy a new one. Even though they are made to not last past their warrenty...

 

yeah they set you all up ....imagine

 

I would gaurantee you every strain I get has a legitimate name. And my house is in suburban area along with my friends and local dealers

Lesson learned: you shouldn't buy drugs from a stranger.

 

By the way, like homeboy said on the previous page, it really isn't uncommon for a dealer to set you up. Happened to me before, I never really trusted the guy in the first place though and never had a good gut feeling about these shady wiggers/one black guy.
Knew it was only a matter of time before something went wrong when buying from them, business actually lasted longer than I thought it would though. One of them ended up floatin in a river not too long after.
So, they will get what's coming to them.

Did that guy ever show up? Did you talk to him afterwards about it? What did he say?

I admit if you were to suggest one of my close friends that i've known since like fourth grade did something like this to me I"d laugh it off and not even consider it. But since I'm in an unbiased position here I'd say it can't hurt to make absolutely sure.
