    I think his career has been quite admirable in comparison to other celebs, I agree though, most pedestals are quite undeserved in hollywood.

    I meant he is a very ordinary looking guy,just like that other Russell,Russell Brand. Seriously if those 2 Russells, or for that matter most contemporary people in the public eye were not famous would anyone really give them a second look.

    Russell Brand - I actually saw a little clip he made for his show on youtube, what would his life be if he wasn't famous. :D

    Of course he's an ordinary looking guy. Again, you think celebs should be limited to the young and amazing? The guy is famous because he achieved a lot. You seem to have a problem in that he's not attractive enough. :confused:

    Where did you get that idea.--For example some of my favorite actors are character actors,who in many cases are neither young,and do not have 'leading man' looks.--

    When why is your argument that if they "were not famous would anyone really give them a second look." ? If they weren't famous we wouldn't recognise them on the street. We can't recognise everyone's talents straight away.
