In the UK it rains alot, I'd get soggy feet! And there's gravel on the roads and all sorts of squashed soggy worms and decaying leaves..

Hehe yea I spose. But I'd leave muddy grubby footprints all over the shopping centre floors. Though that would be quite funny...

I emailed my dissertation draft to my tutor, 3366 words! I think that's a good day work. Now, my reward: knitting+harry potter or wow...

wow reading all this almost makes me miss school, seriously. I think I'll be ready to go back by next fall.
I've been taking it easy- baked 4 cakes over the weekend, made cinnamon rolls. Ran 6km today but my time isn't getting any better- I think it's the cake weighing me down. 13 days until the race!

It's 2:48 a.m. and Im up to do homework. My bed is sooo comfy and although Im not necessarily tired Id like to lay in it for hours. I've got three hours, let's see if I can get everything done.

I've had a pretty cool day.

Woke up in a rush because I was meant to meet a friend and I had woken up late. So jumped up, got some clothes, my assignments and a banana and drove to his house where we went to uni to hand some work in. On the way home I stopped off at the bakery and bought two pies for lunch and ate them down at the river.

Was pretty hot so I thought I'd go for a swim aswell. Drove upstream to somewhere a little more private along a 4wd track. Saw a new path I hadn't been down so took a detour and ended up getting bogged. Spent about 20 minutes trying to get out, but it got to the point where the car wouldn't move back or forward an inch.

So from there I walked about 6 km home to grab my high-lift jack and a bag of chains to try and hand winch myself out. Although weighing about 30kg+ I really did not want to have to carry these back all that way. Ended up putting it all in the wheelbarrow and was going to walk back with that when I thought I'd try give my mate a call to see if by any chance he wasn't up at Atherton (which he usually is). Luckily he was home so he came over and dropped me off down there and gave me a hand to get out.

Went for a swim afterwards since it was bloody hot. Then went back to his house to watch a movie/documentary called 'Home'. Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8IozVfph7I"]YouTube - HOME (Trailer)
    Good watch. I recommend it.

Now I'm back at my place about to start studying (Which I was meant to be doing all of today...)

Home is really great, it gets a little preachy at times but it's still a good watch. Some amazing HD shots of glaciers

Yeah the footage is really beautiful.
I hadn't even heard of it until the other day, my mate saw the trailer and told me to check it out.

    Full film if you like:
