This month I'm splitting $200 six ways, so $33 each to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Texas, Florida, and California. Through various websites and also Vons who last I checked was teaming up to aid for the wildfires, but I'm sure there is a website for that as well.

Did not get the day off. It stopped raining just in time for me....oh, how wonderful.....not...lol

I cannot wait until it gets cooler....This muggy, hot shit has to go already....and all of the tree leaves would have been in full color by now....but many are still green at the end of october here. I see lots of examples of nature in confusion out there recently.....

It’s been rainy and warn here as well so far we’ve got about 2 inches and we’re expecting another inch by noon today.
Foliage is finally come on with moderately good color. As you’re only too aware some years the fall colors are beyond description,
and then there are years like this one where its spotty in nature

got home from work a few hours ago, made dinner for me and two of my girls, chicken taco slop with rice, beans, corn ect. ate, took Buddy out for a "drag Nox around the block for 45 minutes" walk and now I'm here typing this nonsense while Buddy lays at me feet sound asleep....the little bastard that I luv so much!!!!



and of course there is a sink full of dishes that "Dad" is expected to take care of....kids..EERRRR!!!!


can't complain too much, we had some good laughs while sharing a meal and isn't that what it's all about anyway???
Dirty dishes are a price well worth paying...

 

logging off because some of the asinine stuff that people think constitutes "good threads" just pisses me off and makes me weep for what Hip Forums used to be........

instead of sanctioning folks like me, maybe take care of the more asinine threads that demean the entire site...
as Barney Fife said "nip it in the bud".....

On another topic now...i was just thinking about reality TV, and how sometimes i am inspired by someone...The little girl Ali inspires me, She was born with MS.....and she cannot do everything her twin sister can do, so she is off playing quietly by herself a lot.....Now, she is realizing she can't do everthing her sister can do, and it is heartbreaking to watch, but I love this little girl and want to give her a big hug...
She is from 16 and pregnant...
