what are you drinking tonight?

hell, i've been there plenty of times....the problem is, if i buy cheap beer i'm garaunteed to drink at least six a night. i can put that shit away like water.

its really not too tough to get a six pack of pint cans of budweiser and drink them all within two or three hours.

come to think of it, i might go with something affordable today too, but i'd like to get that good stuff and just hold on to it.


or perhaps tonights a good night for some pinot noir?

 

i'd like to try hoegaarden just to try it. in your opinion, is it at least better than, say, blue moon?

it got high rankings at beeradvocate....of course everyone's opinion is quite different and a good rating means little more than popularity.....

 

my birthday is tomorrow, but i have a feeling none of the pubs down here in hell will have anything sweet on tap.

 

You all need to start drinking 211. It's cheap as fuck and will put you on your ass if you drink it right. You can get 6 of the 24oz black cans(8.1% alc/vol) for $6. Or you can get a 12 pack of silver can 211 for $6, also 8.1% alc/vol, depending on the batch; sometimes 6%, but still worthy. It tastes like shit in a can, but it will kick your ass and after 1 or 2 cans the taste just kinda tapers off and you can start guzzling.

 

Yea it is, I'll give it that at least lol. When it comes to white ales, I usually buy exotic ones whenever they pop up at the pub, and they are USUALLY pretty good.

 

Yea they have those here and they are nasty. I like to drink good beer nowadays. Besides last time I drank those I started at 3 PM and ended at 3 AM in a cruiser.

 

I never had em. I would only ever buy High Life when Im being cheap since it's 12$ a case here. Well, and Lions Head, that is 9$ a case. 2ce's, the day you have Rogues Red will be a great day

 

Yeah they don't mess around. It's almost like drinking watered down liquor. They will get you nice and fukt up, which is the only reason I ever drink beer. I can't stand the taste of ANY beer, so I get it down as quickly as possible. Fuck sippin it like tea; that's not what it was made for Plus, it goes nice with xanax and weed.

 

Well now that only applies to cheap, low abv. beer. Try some dogfishhead, one of their strong beers would be like drinking 4-5 cheap beers, and the taste is incredible.

 

I'll probably just stick to the cheap shit; malt liquor and 211 and such. They have never failed. Plus, the cheaper the beer, the more money I have to spend on weed and whatnot.

 

True, I guess it depends on what your into really. I drink every night, but I can only afford cheap stuff right now.

 

All I EVER drink is 211, unless I'm drinking beer that someone else payed for, then I just drink what they give me.

 

But how often do you drink????? I drink every night, and on the weekends usually all day, but I havent actually been drunk in a very long time. Drinking to me is just a chill out thing, not a party or just getting fucked up escape thing, it just mellows me out, and it would take at least 8 normal beers to make me start with feeling dizzy, and probably 10 to make me sit down on the couch and wake up the next day forgetting how I got there. I really only drink 5 or 6 per night, and on the weekend or when Im angry I might take 1 shot, but never more. (Unless I have my own bottle of whiskey, I might take a few swigs in a night, but whiskey does not get me drunk, it makes me happy)

 

I have had at least 6 cans of 211 ever night this past week or two. I have nothing for tonight, though. I may have to take a trip to the buffet(liquor store)

 

BTW, 6 cans of 211 is enough to get you wasted. It's pretty strong. My fiance drank 6 cans of it and kept running into my walls and shit. I can get as drunk from 3 12oz cans of 211 as I can from a pint of whiskey.

 

That's cool, I dont really like to get totally drunk though, just buzzed enough to relax, and I can get that from 4 cans of high life. But with the high life, I would probably need 15 of em to get smashed lol

 

Yeah High Life is pretty shitty. I remember I stole a case of HL one time from Publix and drank the entire thing that night, within about 10 hours, and I was pretty fucked up, but not nearly as fucked up as I shoulda been after an entire case of beer.

 

Aw man, I actually like High Life as far as cheap beers go, that and Corona are ok by me, its the shit like Budweiser and Coors that I hate, Well I would drink Buds if I had to, but never buy them, after all they contribute massive amounts of money to keeping weed illeagle! Theres an eye opener for all you bud drinking, bud smoking people out there

 

Well, I prefer HL over Corona. I can't stand corona. I don't drink Bud either, just smoke it I mainly just stick to Colt 45, Schlitz Malt Liquor Bull, and 211. Like I said, I will drink anything I am handed, but I will only spend my money on a select few. BTW, I have never drank HL in cans, only bottles. Maybe I would like it better in cans.
