Well, I think we just call it a twice baked potato here in the states. you bake a potato til its done.. then cut a cap off of it and scoop out the innards and combine it with stuff like.. sour cream, green onions, cheese, BACON, etc. then you scoop that stuff back into the potato and broil it til the overflowing inside stuff is nice and crispy cooked. Is this similar to a potato jacket?
It was a lamb shish kebab. I only do doners if I feel brave. The usual place got slack and always undercooked it. The new place overcooked it and it was yummy but I had to assemble it myself.. There was no chili sauce either. It was still good though.
You know what I am craving? meat. The closest I have come to meat recently is....some sort of chicken paste in my burrito. I want steak. rare steak.
I haven't seen it in the states.. they might have it in nyc or some bigger places that I've never been to
