I forgot to offer you hugs vig. :( So sorry about your puppy. :( :(

hellodreadhead - I think all those social sites stink. I use facebook now, but initially signed up years ago and stopped using it comletely when people I hadn't spoken to in 15 years suddenly wanted to be friends with me. At first I thought "cool". but then these people never actually said anything to me. It's like they wante d to be friends just to spy on my life as it is now. I think the social sites are causing so many problems for youth (now bullied 24/7 when it used to just be during school hours) and for adults. I deleted lots of people off my facebook and still do not use it often, but am not against it anymore either. Ramble ramble ramble. I guess my point is that you may feel emotionally healthier without it.

In my humble opinion, ****** is just a word.
Letting yourself be offended by it is saying there is something wrong with having dark skin.

Tell me all offended by the word,

what is wrong with dark skin?

Saying the word online or anywhere would fuck me over in getting a job, in say race relations which is one of a few options I have as a career, where political correctness outside of work and inside must be adhered to at all times. Even before you are hired, you say/type that word once and they find out, it's guaranteed you won't be employed in public/charity sectors again. So I like to not say it. Fair enough if you think I'm unintelligent for the way I say it. I say otherwise and it's not the word that is offensive, more the connotations and associations of the word. Whatever I'm not an expert on slavery and I'm not gonna stop the way I say it because people on the internet say I should.

if that is what that word means to you, if you call anyone "n" who doesn't have "dark skin", it reflects on your character. bad character, in my opinion. because you are either calling someonne that's not dark, dark(which is fucking stupid). or you are trying to insult some by calling them dark (which is fucking racist). and if you call someone who is dark "n", you are fucking stupid and you should start running now b/c that deseerves an ass whoopin'. either way. you suck.

In having a discussion with someone on the internet, it is always amusing to me peoples responses. Hellodreadhead, for example, most often stays respectful in arguing, which I respect.
But, go on any youtube music video and there will always be the cursing people, yelling accusations and what not for no real reason. If someone questions their music, they call the questioner names. The difference is security...insecure people always argue on what other people do wrong (much like what you have done here, and threatening me is another insecure response, as if you have nothing more to bring to the argument than violence.)
But, Like with Hellodreadhead, she deals with peoples comments here by saying what SHE would do. SHE doesnt want to say it. Good for her, she stands by her morals even if the folk of the internet give her crap, without using vulgar words or threats. She doesnt seem insecure.

(and hellodreadhead, I hope your friendship works itself out. My friend and I get into silly fights alot..we have known each other for ten years, which is a long time considering we are both 15, but they always blow over withing in like, five minutes :D)

Your arguement, however, is subpar. If you take out the curse words, threats, and accusations you have nothing left.
    It amuses me.

Another strong point of your argument is the 'you suck' you put at the end. People disagree with me about alot of things, and that is fine with me. Debating is super fun, in my opinion. Note how I do not say nasty things about anyone here, I've never told someone they 'suck' no matter how much I think they might. Why is that? Because it is petty. I say what I want, and let them say what they want. Anything someone has to say isnt 'wrong' and they shouldnt be frowned upon for that.

here, i edited just for you:

if that is what that word means to you, if you call anyone "n" who doesn't have "dark skin", it reflects on your character. bad character, in my opinion. because you are either calling someonne that's not dark, dark(which is stupid). or you are trying to insult some by calling them dark (which is racist). and if you call someone who is dark "n", you are stupid and you should start running now b/c that deseerves an ass whoopin'. either way. you still suck.

notice how you had no response to the actual content of my post, but rather the tone and use of language.

I have never used the N word. I do not feel comfortable using the word at all, ever. I had a black roommate in uni and I don't think I ever heard him use the word once even around other black people. I heard them call each other "black man". But then again, that was long ago and I have smoked many drugs that fuzzy my memory. Perhaps they were always shouting N at each other. But I know they weren't.

I think it's like any other word in this regards... it's not the word, it's the tone that it is used with.

The reason I had no response is because what you believe is what you believe. I've had my say and that is all I ask for. I have been granted that, and Im not going to take advantage of the privilege.

You can tell a lot about a person from the way they argue.
Someone that bites anyone's head off because they say something 'offensive' to them, it only shows that they, themselves, are insecure in whatever they are arguing about.

Sarah, I think it would be difficult to be you. You seem to have so many rules and hates that I don't know how you keep them all organized in your head. I mean, you hate everyone that is in PETA and feminists, but you loved someone cuz they knew what the movie the Wall is. It seems like it would be a complicated process. I bet that many of the PETA members and feminists know who Pink Floyd is as well. So where do those people stand? Do you hate them or love them? I'm 100% honestly curious.

Yes, I agree with that. someone could be offended from being called ANYTHING if it is in a derogatory tone...But the matter remains that most people will find it is common courtesy not to say such controversial words, because you dont know who is going to be upset by them. But, live and let live.

daisy, she's 15 years old. that's your answer right there. i love how sarah says "you believe what you believe" because she doesn't really even want to put any real response or reasoning into the argument. "i don't like it just because, so there". but, "if i bring up the subject, then it's ok to talk about it". the real world is gonna hit you like a brick. lmao.

A lot of people think that about me, that I have all these rules that need following and such, but I will try and explain myself.

I have a low tolerance for other people, that much I cannot deny. First, I must say, I am probably considered antisocial. In my old city, I had two people that I considered my friends, and here I have none. I sit alone, all day, every day, with nothing but my brain. So naturally, I think all day long. I contemplate everything, why we use forks, why certain things are accepted, all of that. And in doing that, I've learned a lot about myself and other people. I cant look at something without think about WHY it is that way.
So, I honestly try and keep the bad things I think about people inside, it has come to the point that I lie about things that I believe in real life (not over the internets) because I find that no one can relate to me. I watched a horrendously stupid movie with my friend, and I honestly died a little because she thought the cheap humor was funny, but I laughed to fit in.

Anyway, there ARE a lot of things that I dont like, but any of them (I've said this before) I can overlook with the WAY the beliefs are presented. I could meet someone, say a vegan PETA supporting feminist, and just hit it off great with them I dont hate everyone in those categories, I just dislike when people shove their opinions in my face (I know that seems hypocritical, but I honestly try not to do that). To me, like I said, it is all about the reason WHY. Im not big on religion, but I get along great with my heavily Catholic friend because she believes it for her own reasons, not because her parents TOLD her too. You know what I mean? In the society I live in, the people that do things because 'it is right to do so' are everywhere. I dont believe in having highschool relationships, because more often then not you do it to have the title, and because you are 'supposed to' but that doesnt mean That If I met someone, I wouldnt consider ever being with them. It is very complex, and no one seems to understand it, that is why in real life (not the internet) I dont feel like people want to get to know me, and I wont let them (not the real hating me, at least) because, well, who wants a friend like that?

Basically it all boils down to
1- me not being able to say what I want to in real life due to wanting to fit in, so it all comes out on the internet,
2-the way that beliefs are presented...if someone stays respectful and does what they do for their own reasons, I have no problem with that.

I hope that all makes sense.

I'm going to have a joint and forget today. I rang Wilkinson's about the bathroom cabinet mirror that had been glued on to the front of it. In the humidity of the bathroom the glue has disintegrated and it fell off and smashed missing my foot by an inch. They gave me £100 as a good will gesture to buy a new cabinet. I think I may buy household plants instead with it once my spider mite infestation goes and a big bag of pic 'n' mix.

I've given reasons for everything I have said. And correct me if I am wrong, but you have brought this up twice.
    Each Time I say

    here is my email.
if you seriously want to know why I feel the way I do, then send me and email and we can have an open discussion about it.
    sarah_karigo@hotmail.com

Had I not SAID I was 15, would you have guessed it?

I think vigilanteherbalist is only trying to get me mad, for some unknown reason.

Thanks for replying Sarah. I would think that you more hate people that push their views on you. I hate this as well. But I would not dare to bottle it up and put a label on these people... PETA, feminists, six toed people... because there are a lot of great people that you are labeling. By simply saying you hate people that push things down your throat, it makes it all a lot easier to understand what you do not like.

I have to go back to the feminist thing for a second to illustrate a bit more. When you were saying you hated feminists, I agreed with much of what you were saying, but I did not feel what you were describing were feminists, you were describing people that push their opinions on you. (I think men and women are equal in partnership although they may have individual strengths... men hacking down trees, women doing the darning... whatever, but being equal in decision making makes me a feminist). So, in essence, you and I agreed about everything, but you had said you hated feminists which gave me the wrong opinion of you.

About you being 15. I don't know if I would have guessed you at being 15, but you can tell that you are obviously young. Perhaps it's because you talk about high school so my mind automatically knows you are young and looks for it.
