What are you/have you been doing today?

I think 29, but I have a fuck load of loose guys on the back/side of my head and hopefully they will get to fucking

 

Because of the nice weather we're having, it feels like spring and I have been behaving as such... cleaning, tidying and in a great mood. =) I ran a bunch of errands this mroning and about to hit the chiropractor and then a trip to teh costume store to window shop. Yiah!

 

:O COSTUME SHOPS are the best ever!!! We have one back home and they have period costumes, I want to wear them all!!

I am knitting ! Knitting 20 inch squares to help make blankets for the homeless in Wycombe I feel good ^^ Knitting soo much faster than I used to, just done 8 rows in like 20 mins, would have taken me a week a while ago xD I've got my knitting hands on tonight

 

I want to relearn how to knit. My nan used to start me off. I made a shit scarf but ohhh how I wish I could knit and crochet. I thought about buying that Crochet magazine but didn't. BTW Which is easiest Crochetting or knitting?

Thing is I find it really hard to follow instructions I need someone to sit with me and go through it like at a knitting class. Hmmm Going to see if there are any.

 

I bought a knitting starter kit. 4 12g balls of yarn and knitting needles and some websites to help for £3!!!! My husband said he'll go through the instructions with me. I'm excited. How long does it take to grasp it and then start making scarfs?

 

cleaning out a dirty old shack and getting all kinds of dirt in my hair!

 

Its soo easy once you get the basics, its so easy to learn, basic knitting is one stitch that is 3 tiny moves, so easy ^^ I might try and make a hat after this :O Yay for knitting!! My house mate has just shown he a crochet square she did, and it looks so cool, but it looks confusing, knitting is alot simpler

 

I'm researching how to cast on and there aren't any clear videos. Elitist bitches.

 

i hate the knitting elite. they have their own stupid elitist language, just like doctors.

As far as knitting vs crocheting... definitely a knit person, albeit very poor. HDH, I would suggest getting someone to show you how to do it in person. There has to be someone that you see that would know how. I mean, even a store person from your 7/11. lol

The costume store wasn't as great as I hoped. Nothing has really changed at all since my last visit there. Ended up buying a couple mask kits that come with paint, but I think I'll just use my own acrylics to play around. The best part of my travels today was discovering that there is acrylic glow in the dark paint. =) Googling it now to see how well it works. So far, it seems it works great under a black light.

 

i played some video games and painted today...

also i bought a bottle of Ketel One vodka for my upcoming snowbaording trip... mmmm.

 

great day, one image I created (dressed as Marilyn Monroe) got a ton of votes in a pic of the day contest, thought it didn't win... got a lot of job offers. I have a 5 hr job tomorrow and I'm making $350! fauk yehh!

I also reregistered my car and had a real nice day with the bf... bought some tito's vodka and some lemoncello and cheap wine, have been drinking martinis and shii. got so drunk 2 nights ago that I blacked out but apparently I raped my bf several hundred times and was being a dirty bitch. he was pleased ^.^

I went to a step aerobics class this morning. I felt like such a putz. Apparently it was a class for senior citizens....I didnt get that memmo. To make things worse they were stepping circles around me! I couldnt keep up! I had no idea step aerobics was so difficult and required such great memeory and coordination!

 

today I downloaded 3movies.hung inside with baby.cleaned my whole house and did loads of washing so tonight.I am alone <3 going to do some drawing and painting.take some photos.while watching wristcutters/lolita.YUM,I loveee having alone nights.haven't been able to just be in so long.gawd that sound lame.also feeling pretty in my new top^__^
