WEll, we were going to take the kids to a rave kind of olympic torch celebration tonight, but they didn't enjoy the crowds last night at the one in our town, so that plan is canceled. So hubby offered for me to go alone. I would be going out wiht two other guys who I'm friends with and who enjoy dancing as much as I do... Still not sure though, its' been forever that I have gone to something like this without hubs... I mean, five years or so. Hmm.... What to do...

And in other news, I become an aunt either today or tomorrow for the second time. =D

    CHEMI where have you bbeeeeeenn!!!????!!

Today I've done shit all because I was waiting for the gas man to turn up... Never did.. So I knittered another square for my scarf/blanket. My housemate has been having impure thoughts, and thinking of buying cheap knitwear just to unravel the wool :O Its genius. But a little crazy.

Hi DV,how are you? Its been ages!!
Your friend is right is a good idea, even better is to look in charity shops for knitwear and unravel it,then its also eco friendly recycled :) My mum does this and then gives me the ball of wool after bless!

Dont give up hdh,it just takes patience it took me a while to get the hang of crochet but now its like 2nd nature.

gdmjjgjmkj, khgmghmhj is how I'm feeling. I cannot follow these tutorial at all. It's stupid coz I used to knit awesomely but could never cast on, now, I can cast on but can't make that first stitch. The muscles in my hands hurt tutorials go too fast.

It has been ages! I'm going to send you some beads in return for the hat and head band you made me like.. forever ago, for that present swap thing, never got around to doing that xD SO YEA pm me your address ands I can send you a couple when they are done :)

Aww that is really sweet!! Friend was wearing a jumper earlier that was £6, we worked out there must've been 6 balls of wool in it, so thats £12 worth of wool... If she unravelled it, would be a £6 saving!! Good idea about charity shops, their woolen wear would be even cheaper :O

I just found a crochet needle. I might haves a gooo.

Hdh I wish I could come up there and show you how to ddoo ittt. I'm considering making you a vid or a little tutorial or something? I dunno :p

Had a churro, a cranberry mandarin muffin and some killer java for breaky at the organic cafe in town, then went to the art shop and talked to the owner for a while. My buddy ended up bying an art book of James Christensen, called "a journey into the imagination". His art is stupendous:D

Here's one of my favourites: http://www.dmt-nexus.com/Files/Images/james_christensen_superstitions.jpg
All the superstition imagery is nifty
