I feel you chica. I kept my boyfriend when I came here and after making it 3 years apart we just broke up last month. Still trying to maybe work it out but its hard with 8,500 km between us. Hence why I've been up since 3am staring into the abyss.

But Mandyland, you're so right, life is too short to be miserable. So I have a box of wine and chocolate and horror films to watch, woot!!

Just got off the phone with Pypes. He really cheered me up and for a few minutes after the conversation I felt like nothing was wrong. Then I saw my husband's crushed face and my world came crashing down again.

 

I ent to Gozo today to the see the Citaddel in Victiria which was pretty cool, getting back on the ferry was fun, we got aour tickets and there were 2 queues 1 loong one and a short one, we took the short one and people on the long queue were complaining and their tour guide was trying to stop us from going thru.

I just knocked his hand away, put my ticket thru the machine and went thru, screw em, there was no sign no nothing Ahh rant over, its far too hot here going for a swim in the pool !!

 

I found out I have tomorrow off. Yeeehaw!

 

My daughters bio dad who hasn't bothered to contact me in about 6.5 years and who has never seen his daughter or paid child support sent me an email today....how nice of him. He actually had the nerve to vent to me about his marital problems! What a weirdo. You know...2 years ago...this kind of thing would've made me really depressed...but now I'm not even bothered by it and actually think it's so ridiculous that it's funny. People are strange.
An old friend found me today on facebook and she has dreadies now. haha. She's so adorable. I cant wait to get our kids together.
I think I'm anemic. I've been feeling uber sluggish and down lately. Today I ate an egg for the first time in about 25 years and have been eating only greens and protein all day...and ya know...I feel a little better!
It's 103 degrees outside. Been indoors all day and am going a little stir crazy.
Thats all I have to report. Not like anyone cares. lol

 

My friend tried to tell me she thinks she is anemic, only she is an idiot so she accidentally said 'I think I might be anegro' and I lol'd.

Just got home from the bush, went camping with a couple of mates on Tuesday. Had an awesome time, good fishing, good food, good company. Went looking for reptiles most days and nights, caught a couple of little freshwater crocs in the night that were in the shallows of the river so that was fun, have been wanting to try for a while.

 

My life is nuts. To top it off I have decided to switch majors once and for all. lol. Im going into wildlife biology. However the university that I need to transfer to will not accept my AA cuz I got it from a private institution [University of Phoenix...the online school] So...I have to start from scracth!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bwah! I've decided this time around though that Im practically quitting my job and going to school full time. So starting in January I get to work only on Fridays and go to school! I'm actually really excited about this cuz my job is starting to take a toll on me mentally, spiritually and emotionally. It's time for change. A lot of things are changing right now.

Speaking of work...today I have to work a 24 hour shift! But on the plus side I get to go see the new Leonardo Dicaprio movie for free and I get paid to do it. Only bummer is I have to take a woman who is seizure prone and extremely aggresive. Wish me luck!

Working. Trying to finish this literature review. Ugh fucking 40 sources...Later, I want to do something fun and exciting, but it prob wont happen.
