What are your plans for the long weekend?

i didnt realize people get long weekends for christian holidays other than christmas. why do they get a long weekend if easter is always on sunday?

anyway, i worked today, i'll work tomorrow, i'll work sunday, and i'll work monday.

the longest i EVER have off in a row on a normal basis is two days, and one day off at a time is all i ever want. i prefer two days off a week, but to break the week up more.

of course between school and work, its not too common for me to have a day all to myself regardless.

 

laundry.. i really need to do laundry.. haven't had clean undies for like a week

 

welll yesterday (friday) i sat infront of the tv watching farscape all day with my bf snuggled up in the doona cos it was very cold. we just relaxed and he cooked me breakfast and then we got take out for dinner mmmm

today im just chilling by myself will probably watch some dvds or something and have to help set up for the massive family bbq we're having tonight! my cute little cousins are coming over so ill have to be energised cos im always the one who ends up playing with them...

sunday im planning on stuffing my face with chocolate

and monday i may go rockclimbing!

 

Was gonna go to this amusement park today but it was a bit too cold for that.

Tomorrow we're going to my sister in laws house for dinner and then Sunday we're going out to eat with my mom and brother. Monday we're gonna take a day trip somewhere but we haven't decided where yet.

 

damn sounds like everyone's having fun but me this weekend

oh well i've got next weekend off for some fun, which isnt usual, so i'm happy.

 

write my shitty course paper

and then walk till my feet hurt...

 

listening to grateful dead all weekend

 

I went wine tasting yesterday, am doing something fun with a forumer tonight yay, and tommorow am going to brinch with my family...then Monday am going back to work after having a week off. I am happy though. I miss work.

 

Getting drunk. Same as any weekend.

Also, who the hell gets a long weekend for Easter?

i already drank all the cheap wine and ate all the nasty chinese...no energy left to blow up balloons..the parties over. sorry..

 

Well, on Wednesday night I rented some movies and then spent the night in Barnes & Noble with one of my best friends...and then we went to another friend's house for the rest of the night.

On Thursday I hung out with a couple of friends all night.

On Friday I saw Grindhouse and hung out at the mall (ooh, how exciting) with a couple of friends.

On Saturday I sat around...and then went shopping with my mom a bit.

On Sunday I sat around at home with my parents...and watched movies all night.

On Monday I sat around and did NOTHING.

All in all it was a kickass weekend. It went by too damn quickly. I am NOT looking forward to waking up for school in approximately five hours.
