Breakfast sandwich of some sort. At home it's egg's on toast with bacon and sauce. Tea. On the go, usually the Timmy's breaky sandwich. Coffee. If we're low on bacon at home, egg in the hole will do. I need eggs for a good dose of protein to be functional and a little bit of grease to help with the morning constitutionals.
Ehh well now I get caffine withdrawls at random times.... like 7 in the evening. I love a little bit of a caffeine tweak, but I'm afraid it's fucking up my brain, so I'm limiting it to a few cups before noon, if I'm up that early.
I try not to eat eggs too much because last time I went to a doctor I was told that my cholesterol was too high because of my disease and that I'd probably need medication to manage it (as well as diet and exercise, ofc) but I lost my insurance and can't afford to see a doctor or take medication. They are delicious tho
I had my blood replaced with coffee long ago... I get a headache if I even think I'm almost out of coffee.

I prefer medium breakfast. Blini (this is like pancakes), with sour cream and sliced tomatoes. After, when I am fortunate to have it, I like Tonis Puri (a bread popular in Georgia), if not, I choose rye bread with cheese and grapes. Last, black or green tea with home made raspberry or apple jam.

depends on what time of the morning it is when i wake up. if i wake up between 5-7 i cant eat anything, as i feel gross. but if i wake up around 8-10 i can usually eat a medium to large breakfast
