the best ways to avoid a bad trip imo is to honestly ask yourself your-self if u r ready (this goes for most pschedelics and halucinegeons. if your mind is not clearly made up then u will probably have a "bad trip". If u are mature u can NOT have a "bad trip" just a difficult experience, and in most cases (well for me anyway) these are the most rewarding.
But for some reson somtimes spontaneos bad trips happen, maybe something related to the setting. try changing (or ask ur sitter) the music or maybe go to a different room change the lighting or go outdoors.
If u really can't handle the trip then as a LAST RESORT xanax or vallium or some benzo should end it. DID u try it if so how'd it go?

 

A lot of people claim they are ready for a lot of shit, but they aren't. I've heard so many people say they want to try DMT, but honestly, I think most of them trying it would be a mistake.
