chicken kebabs (coconut and chilli), baked potato, steamed broccoli and carrots. Went down well with a couple of glasses of scotch.
It's the battle of the chocolate bundt cakes here! I just made another one at the request of my roommates. When they asked if id make another i decided to try a different recipe. This time I picked a recipe that has eggs and milk and all the traditional ingredients. Last time I used a depression era recipe that uses oil and vinegar instead. The depression era cake is wayyyyy better somehow. Everyone agreed. It's also vegan! Next time I'm going to try another depression era recipe that uses mayonnaise to replace all the other dairy. That one honestly sounds much grosser to me but all the review online say it's the best cake ever so we'll see.
I was at work when I quoted you earlier, and I was reading quickly. I read your post as saying that you refuse to eat oatmeal, rather than say oatmeal Edit: now I'm trying to wake up from night shift, and trying to remember what point I was trying to make with this post
These are the last few days meals. Made balsamic pesto chicken breasts with pesto gravy, asparagus. Pasta with cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, red onion, basil and parm. Threw together a stew and made dumplings to go with it. Fresh buns to soak up all the broth. Quiche with onion, bacon, spinach and aged cheddar and swiss cheese. Salad and buns to finish it off.
I made garlic shrimp and seared sea scallops with jasmine rice for dinner. I made it with a lemon seasoning in lieu of salt and it turned out fantastic.
Leftover vegetarian casserole from last night, and salad with arugula, cooked beats, feta, walnuts and cucumber.
I cooked a sweet potato with salmon and rice. I thought we had 24 hours to edit posts:/ I know mods won't accept money bribes, but I'll write a poem for anyone that can help me remove the gif that I posted above. I was going to replace it but forgot.
