    Baked chicken covered in pats of butter, salt and pepper added. Yellow rice, sauteed onions and red peppers, and broccoli.

    I'm TIRED now...no more damn cooking whatsoever this day.

    I'm not even "cooking" tea...I'm microwaving my vanilla chai tea. lol

    There's a good Canadian boy!

    I made pea soup (good Quebecoise girl!) but a vegetarian version. I used to make it with a ham bone or salt pork but nowadays I tend to make it vegetarian. It's good both ways.

    And vegan brownies with vegan chocolate mint frosting. They were really good. I haven't baked vegan before so wasn't sure what to expect.

    Two nights ago I cooked Chicken Marsala - never made it before. It was really good. Next night I had to make more Marsala Sauce because the recipe was very sparing with the sauce. It didn't come out quite as delicious but if I'd not eaten the better version the night before I would have loved it better. This morning I warmed up the little extra for breakfast! YUMMY!!!
